Factory Audit – picking the right supplier with confidence
Before an order is placed, we visit the factory to understand how it truly works. We review legal status, people, machines, and day-to-day controls. We check real production capacity, how quality is measured, and how issues are handled on the shop floor.
For tiles and related products, we also look closely at shade control, sizing variation, kiln/line stability, and packing discipline. You receive a clear audit narrative with photographs, a simple risk score, and practical improvements the supplier can adopt quickly. This helps you choose a factory that can meet your volumes, timelines, and quality goals—not just on paper, but in real life.
Pre-Production Inspection — making sure the start is right
Before production begins, we confirm that the right raw materials, accessories, and packaging are on hand and approved. We match colors, sizes, labels, and master samples to your specification and check if the line is properly set up and the team is briefed. The goal is simple: prevent mistakes before they become stock.
If we see gaps—wrong shade, missing cartons, poor storage, or unclear work instructions—we flag them immediately so the factory can correct them before the first batch is made.
During-Production Inspection catching issues while there is time to fix
Once production is running, we review pieces directly from the line and from in-process lots. We look at workmanship, surface finish, color consistency against the approved standard, dimensions, and function where relevant. We verify that earlier corrections were actually implemented and are holding.
If we see a pattern—say, repeated edge chipping, warpage, print mis-registration, or carton weakness—we document it with photos and simple guidance the team can apply the same day. This stage protects your schedule: small fixes now prevent big reworks later.
Final Random Inspection (FRI) confirming the lot is shipment-ready
When production is complete and packed, we draw a fair, random sample and check it against your specification and AQL plan. We verify quantities against the purchase order, confirm sizes, shades, markings, barcodes, and carton details, and classify any defects as critical, major, or minor. You receive a clear, photo-rich report with an overall decision (ship / hold / rework), plus a short summary you can share with your logistics team. If rework is needed, we outline the exact steps to recover quality without losing time.
Container Loading Inspection safeguarding what goes inside the box
On loading day, we inspect the empty container for dryness, cleanliness, and structural soundness. We verify SKUs and counts, watch the loading pattern, check that pallets and cartons are dry and strong, and make sure there is proper stacking to prevent crush and shift. We record the seal number and capture time-stamped photos of the full process—from the first carton to the closed doors. You get a concise loading report that proves the right goods were loaded the right way.
